The Experience Design (XD) Community at Intuit was over 250+ strong and spanned multiple products and geographic locations. As a Design Strategist for the Digital, Innovation and Growth team, I had a unique role as an XD Community Leader whose job it was to invest in and grow designers across the entire company so they could grow as leaders and design-thinkers and do their best work at Intuit.
